Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed to perform the services;
• Grant reasonable access to accounts, systems, or materials required to complete the work;
• Review and respond to requests, approvals, and communications in a timely manner; and
• Use our services and the Site in compliance with applicable laws.

Payment Terms

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms for our services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement between Growth Brands and the client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt, and late payments may result in a pause or termination of services. Prices for services are subject to change with reasonable notice for future work.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Growth Brands or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, deliverables produced for a client become the property of the client upon full payment, while Growth Brands retains ownership of its underlying tools, processes, and pre-existing materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our business or other users. Either party may terminate a services agreement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
